Three tiers. You decide how much support sits with us.
Updates, monitoring and inventory are part of every tier. The tiers are graded by support depth: who carries user support, and how far it reaches. Protection blocks such as endpoint protection or backup are added separately — to any tier. And if you do not need ongoing operations yet, you start with a single project at a fixed quote — concept work, migration, move, rollout.
The workplace
Per workplace and month. Every tier includes patch management, monitoring and inventory — the difference is the support. Endpoint protection is added as its own per-device block.
Base
The baseline care — for companies with their own IT that needs relief.
- Patch management for OS and applications
- Monitoring with alerting
- Inventory and documentation
- Reachable for your IT — extras by effort, at the contract rate
- End-user helpdesk
- Endpoint protection (own block)
- Projects and moves
- On-site appointments
Managed
Everything from Base — plus we become the contact for your people.
- Everything from Base
- Helpdesk with ticket portal — included, with a fair-use limit written into the offer
- On- and offboarding of new employees
- License hygiene incl. cancelling unused licenses
- A named contact who knows your environment
- Larger migrations
- Hardware
Complete
Everything from Managed — plus someone thinking about your IT a year in advance.
- Everything from Managed
- Extended service hours and a fixed on-site rhythm
- Quarterly review and IT budget planning for the coming year
- Support for audits, cyber insurance and NIS-2
- Roadmap with management
- Hardware
- Licence costs
Server & site
Servers are priced per instance — in the basement, in a data centre or in the cloud. Plus one fee per site for network, firewall and everything that accrues per location.
Monitoring
Monitoring, patch windows, backup supervision. We see when something tips — interventions by effort.
Operations
Plus incident resolution included, restore tests on a fixed rhythm and a capacity report.
Full operations
Plus extended hours, hardware lifecycle and renewal with lead time.
What is never hidden in the flat rate.
Projects and migrations
Calculated in advance, with an agreed scope. Never quietly buried in the monthly rate.
Hardware
Transparently calculated. You see what the device costs and what our work on it costs.
Licences
Microsoft 365 or any other software: licences are itemised on your invoice. You can see at any time which licence runs on whom — and which ones we recommend dropping.
Why there is no price list here.
A per-head price we quote before we have seen your IT is a guess. Sometimes in your favour, mostly in ours. We look at what is there first — and then name a number we will still stand behind in two years.
What you get immediately: an honest range in the intro call.
- Managed Workplace tier Base, Managed or Complete —.— € × seats
- Managed Server per instance — basement, data centre or cloud —.— € × instances
- Site fee network, firewall, connectivity —.— € × sites
- Add-ons only what you booked —.— € per block
- Licences itemised per user
- Hardware device and labour as two lines
- Projects fixed price, agreed in advance
Each tier fully contains the previous one. You upgrade by adding — not by rebuilding.
How your price is composed
- A monthly rate per workplace — depending on the tier you choose.
- A rate per server instance and one fee per site — network, firewall, connectivity.
- Projects and hardware are calculated separately in advance, never hidden in the rate.
- Licences — Microsoft 365 included — are billed separately, never hidden in the flat rate.
What moves your price
The number of workplaces and sites, the tier you choose, and the condition of what is already there. That is why you get the number after the assessment — not guessed beforehand.
Still want a ballpark now? We have written down openly what Microsoft itself costs:
What does managed Microsoft 365 cost for 50 employees? So you can gauge the order of magnitude
The alternative to us is rarely "another provider" — it is usually "hire someone". An in-house IT person costs you roughly €55,000 to €75,000 a year including employer contributions. They take holidays, they get ill, and eventually they apply elsewhere. Our service costs a fraction of that — and it does not call in sick.
What you do not pay
- No setup fee.
- No per-ticket billing.
- No minimum term beyond twelve months.
- No invoice for work that was not done.
What managing directors ask us about this.
What happens if our own admin leaves or retires?
That is exactly what the documentation is for, which is a deliverable with us. We either take over fully or support the remaining internal IT. What matters is that the knowledge does not sit in one head — neither yours nor ours.
And what happens if you are unavailable?
The same answer we give you for your own IT — it has to hold for us too. Every step is documented, your access stays with you, and for absences we work with named partners who use the same documentation. We are building the team right now; until then, cover is contractually arranged, not improvised.
Can we switch between tiers?
Yes, in both directions. The usual path is tier 1 in the first year, then tier 2 once it is clear where the actual work sits. Moving back down is equally possible.
Do we have to book both axes?
No. If you no longer have your own server, axis B drops out entirely. Conversely, if you only want server operations and handle workplaces yourself, that works too.
How do we get out again if it does not fit?
With the documentation you receive from us anyway. The tenant is yours, the global admin sits with you, and another provider can work with it. That is a design goal, not a concession.
Why no guaranteed response time in hours?
Because we would have to keep it. We tell you honestly in the intro call what is realistic during our service hours, instead of writing a number into the contract that looks good.
