What does hardware mean with us — in one sentence?
You say who needs a device — we handle the rest: selection from a proven standard portfolio, ordering, setup via our operations platform, delivery ready to work, and at end of life the replacement with lead time including certified data erasure.
Why transparency matters here
Hardware is where blended pricing likes to live: the “free” laptop that gets paid through a raised flat fee — invisibly, and usually dearer. With us the same rule as everywhere applies: device and labour are two lines. You see the device price, you see our work on it, and you can compare both. Boringly honest — on purpose.
Purchase or rental?
| Purchase | Rental across the term | |
|---|---|---|
| Costs | One-off investment, then operations only | Fixed monthly rate per device, plannable |
| Balance sheet | Fixed assets, depreciation | Running expense, no investment wave |
| Renewal | In your hands — with our lead-time plan | Included in the cycle, replacement inclusive |
| Fits when | Liquidity is there and devices should run long | Growth, plannable budgets, no appetite for old devices |
Neither answer is always right — the recommendation stands in the offer, calculated for your situation. Mixed works too: servers bought, laptops rented.
What we take on
- Standard portfolio instead of catalogue roulette: few proven models per purpose — that makes setup, spares and support fast
- Rollout without box piles: devices arrive set up — accounts, software, protection all on; half the trick of employee onboarding
- Lifecycle with lead time: the inventory knows what is how old — replacement gets planned, not dictated by failure
- Take-back at the end: certified data erasure, reuse or disposal — documented
FAQ
Do we have to buy hardware from you? No. Operations work with any capable device, wherever it comes from. What we reserve: saying honestly when a brought device costs more in support than it saved at purchase.
What happens on a defect? In managed operations we see many failures coming (monitoring flags dying drives early). On a real defect: warranty handling by us, replacement from the standard portfolio, data back from backup or cloud — the workplace keeps running while the device is repaired.
